Remote Fieldwork Supervision
Supervision that meets BACB requirements, for candidates in Virginia and Washington, DC.
Why Choose Cherry Blossom Collective
Supervision should do more than help you accumulate fieldwork hours. It should prepare you to think, decide, and practice confidently as a BCBA.
We bring 15 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, including more than 12 years working in public schools across Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. That experience shapes how we supervise. Instead of just checking boxes, we'll talk through the reasoning behind your decisions, connect what you're learning to the cases in front of you, and help you build the instincts that don't come from a textbook.
Our goal is to help you become a confident, independent BCBA.
What you can expect:
- Individualized supervision connected to your setting, clients, and professional goals
- Practical experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and designing individualized data-collection systems
- Hands-on practice graphing and interpreting data to guide clinical decisions
- Direct, specific feedback focused on clinical reasoning, ethical decision-making, and sustainable intervention

How It Works
Enrollment and pre-work
We meet to review your fieldwork setting, current progress, and goals. You sign a supervision contract outlining both of our responsibilities, and we schedule your first meeting.
Weekly supervision meetings
We meet online on a set weekly schedule. Sessions cover BACB Task List content, case discussion, and feedback on your written work. If you're in a group cohort, this includes built-in peer connection with other candidates on the same path.
Recorded session review
You provide recorded video of client sessions, reviewed at least twice a month to meet the BACB's observation requirement.
Hour tracking and documentation
We track and verify your supervised and unrestricted hours together each month, so your fieldwork verification form stays accurate and ready when you're ready to apply.
